so i just finished the 2 part WWII drama from the BeeB which was quite fantastic, esp the acting from Naomie Harris, David Oyelowo, Ruth Wilson & Benedict Cumberbatch were all top marks, emotionally wrenching. narration is a bit heavy handed ,but all in all it’s another triumph from the BBC alongside last october Emma . Large part that makes this such a wonderfull experience was also the beautiful, emotional & often gut wrenching score works from the always fantabulous Mr Martin Phipps. and these next audioposts is a collection of the audio segments i’ve cropped from the .avi file, dialogue overlapping is a given.

Wuthering Heights (2009) feat Tom Hardy

this scene made me inhale sharply in an almost terrified yet haaaaaay sort of way. his presence will not be a good thing and yet who could turn it away?

and oddly when thinking of picspam i had realized that tom hardy was not necessarily attractive in this. not like the usual masterpiece men. but its the insanity of the character that i think got me. oh mr heathcliff, a bundle of rage and a love for revenge and then heartbreak to top it off. is it the pity for him that attracts us? or is it the power he seems to wield over anyone else, be it by force or wit?

Lol, “terrifying yet haaayy”..apt description is apt indeed..

btw, have you seen the latest outing from the BeeB, a WWII drama titled Small Island?, it’s a very good production, perfectly acted with yet another beautiful music by none other than Mr Martin Phipps himself!! think i’m gonna dedicate my next audio posts for Mr Phipps audiospam = PhippsSpam lol
